Tod H's Ryobi LED torch upgrade

Here are the photos of the Ryobi One 18V torch 10 watt power led upgrade.

The driver fits in easily next to the on off switch.

I used a cool white  10 watt 20mm star PCB led and a matching  driver. I also purchased a round heatsink from you and turned 3/4 of it down to slide into the spring as the stock bulb does.

Lastly I used a 15 degree optic for a better beam and removed the original ryobi pressed steel one.
